William Harris Gallery

Overview

William Harris Gallery is located near the photo cage on the third floor of Gannett Hall on the RIT Campus. The gallery serves the educational goals and objectives of RIT’s School of Photographic Arts and Sciences. It is a primary venue for the display of contemporary and photographic-based art by students, faculty, alumni and visiting artists.

Beyond Reverie
March 7, 2024 – March 29, 2024

Seniors in the Fine Art Photography program present their capstone exhibitions in two locations: William Harris Gallery (on RIT campus) and City Art Space (in downtown Rochester). Divided into two galleries, this group exhibition features the culminating work of fourteen artists in their senior year.

Moving Atlas

A pop-up exhibition of work by students in the Moving Image course featuring Erin Bonitz, Lindsay Dobson, Eduardo Garcia, Che-Wei Hsu, Aaron Ickler, Daniil Kolchanov, Julia McLean, Matteo Randall, Patty Tomanovich, and Kai Umayam. 

Gallery Hours

Monday-Friday — 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Open by appointment on weekends.
Closed during show installations, and during RIT-designated holidays and breaks.
